Refund policy

• Once you have paid, we cannot refund you for any sessions or blocks of sessions which you decide not to attend or which your child has to miss due to illness or any other reason.
• You are welcome to find another child to take your child’s place for missed sessions or blocks but you need to arrange this yourself, including updating us with the new family’s contact details. Families have had success selling their place in Facebook groups like Amsterdam Mamas, Family Market Amsterdam and Amsterdam Family Market.
• Your payment covers: your child’s guaranteed place, the administrative work we do to process this, the communication we have with you (emails, text messages, phone calls). We reserve the right to allow others the chance to do a tryout or one-off session in your child’s place if they cannot attend, without refunding you.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify the session schedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• In this unlikely event, you would be fully refunded for any cancelled sessions.
